Food Service Worker
This is a 10 weeks (40 hrs) course designed to offer students those who wish to pursue their career in the hospitality industry. This introductory course offers students with the basic skills necessary to enter into this industry. Some of the topics offered during this course are; Food service operations, Quality and Risk management, ethical issues, standards, and legislation, customer service and communication. On completion of the course the students are able to secure jobs at the hotels, restaurants, nursing homes, hospitals and cafes.
