What is the program about?

Our Early Childhood Assistant program offers a foundation in child development, health and safety, and inclusive education, combined with play-based learning strategies. The program covers essential business and communication skills, preparing graduates for both educational and administrative roles. With a focus on real-world applications, students learn to create nurturing, developmentally appropriate learning environments, manage childcare centers, and explore entrepreneurial opportunities in the childcare sector. A 10-week practicum provides hands-on experience, helping students build confidence and boost employability across diverse settings.
