Windmill Microlending is a national charity that offers low-interest loans of up to $15,000 to help skilled immigrants and refugees in Canada succeed in their careers. These loans can be used to cover the costs of licensing and training. With flexible repayment options, they are designed to reduce financial stress and allow newcomers to invest in their future.
Our Monthly Payment Plan allows students to break down tuition fees into manageable monthly installments, making it easier to budget for their education without the burden of a lump sum payment.
The Lifelong Learning Plan (LLP) allows individuals to withdraw funds from their Registered Retirement Savings Plans (RRSPs) to finance full-time education or training, with the intention of repaying the withdrawn amount over time.
