Our Applied AI for Business Management certificate program prepares students to lead and support the adoption of artificial intelligence across every part of a business. Students learn how AI-powered tools work — including generative AI and large language models — and how to apply them to analytics, business writing, accounting, administration, human resources, project management, sales and marketing. Graduates will be able to evaluate and choose AI tools, build practical implementation strategies, interpret data and AI-generated insights, troubleshoot AI output, and maintain AI integrations over time, all while meeting the ethical, legal and privacy standards that businesses must follow.
Graduates who pass the NACC final certification exam earn the Applied AI for Business Management designation from the National Association of Career Colleges.
This program is ideal for supervisors, office and administrative staff looking to advance their careers, entrepreneurs and small business owners, career changers interested in business and technology, and professionals seeking practical, job-ready AI skills.
